You and TanSupps agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your purchase or use of our products will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court.

  • The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules.

  • Arbitration will be held in Tampa, Florida, or by video/phone if both parties agree.

  • You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

  • This section does not apply to claims that cannot be compelled to arbitration as a matter of law or to claims for injunctive relief regarding intellectual property.

If arbitration is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

 

 

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 18 (Arbitration), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
