2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations, including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden, and Denmark.
- International delivery times typically range from 6–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Customs duties, VAT, local taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Risk of Loss & Title
All products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. This means that once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. Carrier delivery confirmation will be deemed proof of delivery.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us at support@tansupps.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tansupps.com with your order number and photos of the package/product. We will review and, if approved, replace the item or issue a refund.
