Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at TanSupps. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final once shipped. For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened supplement bottles.

 


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tansupps.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.

 


 

3. Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery.

For undelivered packages (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

 


 

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. Once an order is submitted, we may be unable to change or cancel it. If you need assistance, contact support@tansupps.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after processing.

 


 

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
